Tidal Health – Millsboro North Ambulatory Care Center – Salisbury, Maryland

Legacy Engineering Group provided the mechanical and electrical systems design for the Millsboro North Medical Office Building in Millsboro, DE. The project provided a three-story building and 90,000 GSF of useable space for program functions such as Outpatient Diagnostic Imaging, Cardiology Diagnostics, Retail Pharmacy, and Outpatient Clinics.
We provided concept design thru construction administration services for the project working closely with Tidal Health, the architect and contractors that were engaged during the design process to confirm the program and the budget. We designed new HVAC, plumbing, lighting, normal power and emergency power systems and coordinated all MEP utilities required for the building.
